In terms of City Centre gyms it's the best I've seen. I was in jackie skellys for a while, and one escape is a lot more spacious. I don't do any of the classes, but the cardio equipment is top drawer, anyway.

there's lots of info about the gym on the website; picture gallery / class timetable / etc: www.oneesape.ie

go in for a tour and check it out yourself is prob the best general advice, unless you were looking for any specific info

I've been a member here for just under 2 years now, recently finding it hard to justify the €79 quid a month - especially when you hear of some Ben Dunnes doing yearly memberships for around 3-400 quid!

Anyone know of any cheaper alternatives around that area?
