Ginseng

    Hi there

I'm currently taking ginseng in liquid form. I have taken it before, but always just took it mon-fri to kinda save money, see that way a bottle would last me a month instead of 3 weeks, big savings when its €20 a bottle.

Anyway, I'm just wondering, this may be a stupid question but...

I find the ginseng amazing, I take it at 8am on an empty stomach and for the rest of the week I'm up at 8 like clockwork - I don't even need the alarm!! Although I always have it on, but I'm awake before it even goes off.

Now at the moment I'm severly exhausted, between work and college. I'm thinking of splashing out and taking it every day

thing is on sat/sun I don't get up till 10am. Have I been waking up at 8am because I've been taking it at 8am? If I take it at 10am will that wreck the cycle?

Or am I talking crap here:rolleyes:

I've heard good things about ginseng, but never that it worked as an alarm clock.

I usually take ginseng. I always find that when i am particularly stressed: i brake out easy and find that ginseng helps with my stress and keeps me on my toes.

This is probably more of a mental thing with me though ... but hey it works.
