    Awesome interview with one of the best lifters in America. He's only 24 and squatting 900lb x2 in single ply gear, drug free!!

    Check out the size of his quads in the RUM vid at the bottom too.

    hes an absolute beast that guy, ive been watching/stalking his videos for the last 2-3 weeks, he seems way too calm while lifting!

    Its freaky how calm he is during the lift.

    Here's one I came across on youtube.


    His bodyweight doesn't look that much compared to the amount he is lifting.

    The calmness is one thing, but the thing that stands out for me in that vid is his core strength. To be able to toss about that much weight at the top with bands and chains and no belt is SICK!!

    Powerlifting's as much a sport of maximising leverages as it is pure strenght. Lower bar = closer to the hips = shorter lever length = bigger squat!!
