Work for Vodafone?

    I've been seriously job hunting recently and although no success I am getting interviews and am moving towards my 6th interview.

    I've been called for an assessment day for Vodafone on Tuesday. Not 100% sure what to expect but I've found info on this site.
    I just wondered had anyone experience of working for them, are they hard to work for etc?

    I also had an interview today for a casual 14-21hr per week minimum wage job. The called me after interview to ask me to come in for a short trial tomorrow to get a feel for the place. With this job you would need to be getting dole for the other 3 days and at end of day would be making an extra €70-€100. Not great at all but a big help when completely broke. There is no late evenings but weekends involved and flexible so no problem seeing my son etc.
    Vodafone involves shift roster over 7 days 10-10pm. Could you be stuck with evenings all the time and so on?

    Anyway, could be the same old, putting 100% in to both interview processes and getting nowhere but I'd love to hear from anyone with experience of Vodafone. For some reason I have a bit of an aversion to them due to nature of call centres and things I have heard and I'd rather not put myself through 3 hours of torture if they are ba***ds to work for :)
