No, have a party in MY pants.(if you're a sexy lady, otherwise try a graveyard somewhere with a bag of Dutch Gold)

Went to a few in what was "the porterhouse" in DL, its a different name now, opposite DL shopping centre, good space, decent place.

It depends how much money u wana spend.

If you had the money to book the 40ft in DL, id do it.

    Martello in Bray?

You do know all the places he mentioned are pretty much as far south in dublin county you can go right? Bray and Greystones are even in Wicklow so I doubt the dublin country north forum is the way to go. :P

Bite the bullet and go somewhere different

I thought Dun Laoighre(sp?) was in North Dublin?

Meh, who cares really. It's only Dublin, wicklow sucks almost as bad.

Rent one of the many large out of town retail outlets that are lying vacant.
Hire one or two DJs and sound equipment. Wear stricktly late eighties/ early nineties attire. BRING WATER!
Wake up some days later in student appartment still feeling happy, but paranoid.

That all seeemed to work twenty years ago anyhow.
