    HI,

Just looking to get an estimate of what the monthly cost for heat and electric and refuse would be for a small restaurant? Currently at costing stage of set up. Any other advice is greatly appreciated.smile.gif

    Lots of factors
    Type/amount of heating/electrical equipment.
    Opening hours, lunches,dinners etc
    Number of customers/serving per week

Main focus of business plan should be on how you will get customers in the door.

Thanks for your response....Hours 12 to 10 daily 6 days a week, capacity seating about 30, lunch and dinner, maybe 80 covers per day. Standard kitchen eqipment for mid/small sized restaurant. Electric radiator heating system with blow heater over door. Total floor size about 900 ft square
