IPod Touch won't connect to PC

    Looking into this problem for a friend. The iPod touch won't connect oh his pc but it will on mine. I updated the iPod software and installed iTunes 9 but it still won't connect. Any suggestions?

    Connect via USB. Open "my computer" ( if you are using windows ). Is the iphone visible under " scannners & cameras " section ?
