KMC Z610HX is what you're looking for I think. Quick Google shows them here.

Also bear in mind you can use a 1/8 chain on 3/32 chainwheel and sprockets. Not sure if there is really any downside other than a bit of weight. You can't do it the other way around.

You can use any chain on a fixie as long as it fits, IIRC mine originally came with a 7 speed chain.

KMC chains have a pretty good reputation. I use one on my track bike and have used several of their road chains with nary a problem.

thanks to el tonto im looking at the KMC Z610HX. Quick Google shows them here.
was going to buy it but idont get this.....
    "Each chain is 1/2" x 3/32" x 112 links"
    Can someone explain this please.
im guessing that the chain links are 1/2" long and the ghain width is 3/32".
i want the chain perfect and nice and quite. so if its the wrong size i wont buy it.
    thanks in advance

Yes, that's it. All bike chains going back a long long time have 1/2" pitch with the exception of a very rare Shimano 10mm standard in the 80s. You can take it that basically all chains are 1/2".

The width specifies the internal width, so basically all derailleur chains are 3/32" while 1/8" is used on some singlespeeds and track bikes. 7/8/9/10 speed are all 3/32" internally but vary in their external width by using thinner plates. You can use a chain specified for a higher number of speeds on a bike with a lower number but not the other way around but there is generally little point as they get more expensive the more speeds.

112 links is the number of links it comes with, you will have to remove a substantial number with a chain tool while fitting it (you always have to do this but with a SS more than with a derailleur bike.) Easiest way is just to hang it next to the current chain and cut where it ends (allowing for chain wear.)

Chain line (and cleaning and relubing when it needs it) is really the important thing for quiet.

Presuming you're in Dublin, as of Saturday, Cycleways had blue 1/8 KMC track chains downstairs beside the workshop.

Don't know the price, guessing around a tenner

Your issue is really the "blue" requirement, there is no shortage of 3/32" chains. Opinions vary on whether a 1/8" chain on 3/32 cogs is noisy but plenty say they run that no problems. I have never tried it myself, have 1/8" on one bike and 3/32" on the other but just run the appropriate chains on each (as I don't need "blue") :)

    No idea on that site.

To be honest fixed gear chains are cheap enough you could just try the 1/8" one and see how it goes.
