Room for a Halloween workshop?

I'd use the search button, but it's not working, so...does anyone have any advice or recommendations for renting a room to host a workshop? It's a pre-Halloween special FX workshop (fake wounds, blood, etc) for ages 10+. I need a reasonably priced room with space for 10 students, and access to a sink!
Ideally, it would be available during the day in half term (Oct 26 onwards), for at least 3 hours...
    The sooner, the better!
    Thanks!
(And hello, btw, today is the 1st time i've actually posted on here!)

Westside Library may be able to help out. They are a very child friendly library so they probably have a suitable room
