    This will probably only be of interest to Boardsies in the Glasnevin/Santry/Finglas area, but the Tolka House pub (beside Botanic Gardens) has a great deal going at the moment. Pint of draught plus a choice of three dishes (Wild Boar sossies, Cajun Chicken or Peppered Burger) with a side order of battered onion rings and bowl of chips for 10 euro!! :eek:
    It's supposed to be a Match Night special, but it's available from 7-10 Mon-Wed. Me and the missus availed of it last night and it was top notch! Gave our chips away to a bunch of hungry-looking students at a table nearby... no way we could have finished it all.
    About time pubs stopped whingeing and started to offer some value, if you ask me.

    There's also a similar offer in Kelly's in Ashbourne.
    Burger and chips and a pint of Coors Light is €10 too.

    There's a similar deal on at the moment in The Portobello, any pint and an evening meal for a tenner, think its each weeknight.Not tried it yet though, their lunches are only ok.
