Dishwater Tea

    I need to vent.

    One of the guys in work here goes to make his tea. Dirty mug. Tea bag in. Filled with water that is not boiled (at a guess 85deg). He then adds UHT milk straight away before any brewing has ensued. Then he squishes the tea bag around to extract the tar and colour the pale lukewarm cup of piss into something resembling tea. The bag remains all the way through the cup.

    I'm sorry it just annoys me so much I had to vent!

    Some of the other guys here use POWDERED MILK in their tea and coffee.

    hehe, was a fun thing to read. i almost saw it in my mind:)
    But to be honest i wouldnt let myself to be annoyed of it one bit.
    Different ppl, different opinions... i guess if you would show that guy from work that there is a thing in world as "tea and coffee forum" he would think its us whos crazy not him *sigh*.
    I mean, sometimes when i am talking to someone some story about the most awsome espresso or anything else about coffee/tea passionately...then at one point i've found them staring me with a face that says: "gal, u need professional help...its just coffee".LOL

    haha this post is so funny! I bet that guy is saying the same about you...

    you get a CLEAN mug, boiling hot water, put in the tea bag and let it brew for OVER A MINUTE, take out the tea bag and THEN put in the milk

    shock horror!!!!!!!!!!
