Trying to get a loan of that car to demo to the boss of one of our customers :D

If it had tax it would have been here by now. If we can overcome that might have it up next week - I've called delivery rights

Isn't there a 1.6d one of those coming out soon? A little badge swapping would scare the hell out of a few boy racers:D

    2010 pricing
    S80 1.6DRIVe S - €38,100
    S80 1.6DRIVe SE - €41,830
    S80 1.6DRIVe SE LUX- €44,930

    109bhp with 129g/km of CO2.

I can't imagine how bad it is to drive though. I drove a V70 2.0i FF last year and that was similar to a V50 with the 1.8i engine performance wise.

Can imagine that being a proper put you to sleeper

Never knew you were into those new Ford based yokes, Volvoboy?:pac:

Seriously though, if I had 40k to spend on a car I would give that serious consideration. I may not ever be able to sell it when the time comes, but I buy cars for myself, not the next owner.

From what I remember, those S80 V8's cost around 80k when they were on sale here, so that's serious value for money for what is still a relatively new car.

Give it another five years and you'll be lucky to sell it for 4k :D

I'd still have had five years of comfortable motoring with a Yamaha V8 engine though.

While losing 90% of your hard earned €40k? I agree with peasant, the person who will buy this car for a few grand is the winner here. The engine will be just as good a few years down the line. Lazy V8s just don't die :D
