In the absence of information or advice being forthcoming on the issue of refusals of Restricted Firearms Applications, particularly pre 19th November centre fire firearms, please report the said refusals and send copies of correspondence immediately to your Shooting Associations or Governing Bodies. This was the advice given to me at the Range Seminar today.

Other advice recieved was not to outline too much information or opinion here or elsewhere for those who might have to be challenged in the Courts.

I believe that this advice is reasonable in the circumstances.
