Constant Headache

At the end of August, I got the flu for a week, then a cough for a week and then 2 weeks of a lung infection. All finally gone after two weeks of antibiotics.
Since the start of the second week, I've had a headache at the top right of my head.. Like someone is just pressing their finger hard against my skull or brain and it's about the size of a marble. Sometimes barely noticable, sometimes really sore like at the moment but it's constantly there. For a month now..

I know this isn't a place for medical advice but what does this sound like? Am I starting to get migraines or something?

I'm getting a little bit worried that it's my brain pressing against my skull but I presume I'd be in alot more agony than I am now if that was the case..

As you said yourself, this isn't the place for medical advice and there's no-one here qualified to give you a diagnosis. The only way you'll put your mind at ease is by going to your GP.
