Can anyone recommend any good wheat free cook books or recipies ?

It's mostly for baking breads and biscuits, and if anyone can recommend the best flours to use, I've only ever used spelt.

    Thanks

Well, I can recommend 101 Cookbooks as a sort of online recipe book!

Granted most of the recipes listed are "gluten free", but I think you'll find they are wheat free too!;)
