Rock above the train station with Waterford/Kilkenny Flag

Does anyone know how on earth someone keeps changing the flag on the rock face above the train station.

It was changing almost everyday for a while

One day it's a Kilkenny flag the next Waterford.

It looks a sheer cliff face so how is it being done?

I know you can get up to that area by going through the woods to the side of Jury's or through the back of the golf course but surely scaling down to that rock face would be a bit crazy???

You can get down to it pretty easily from the golf course if I remember right

well sean,we went round d back of jurys and went through d fields der and bet down all d ditches until we got down to it,theres loads of room der when u get down to it.

i actually know them all too. they were a year behind me in school.

i'll wait for it to change back to its correct colours and see who does the kilkenny flag

But what if the people painting the KK flag keep doing it over and over too
Black and orange are much harder colours to keep covering then white & blue

yeah i can't really see anyone caring. It is only a bit of fun at the end of the day. It was amusing to see it change so frequently there for a while

But we have no need to ever go to Kilkenny Town, they have to come to our city to work / brag about the fact that the only thing that goes on in Kilkenny apart from inbreeding is 15 lads running around a field with a stick after a ball
