So...I'm really here for some of ye'r advice!!!

Ok....im about 6"1 and 10st 4p...in middle teens and have a shoulder difficulty. About 3 years ago i broke my collar bone...and early this year "short-term" dislocated the same one(which damaged ligaments)..i would say im not the bulkiest fella(And i bet others would too :P) but im also not the skinniest/boney. I play football and rugby like!!!! Never been the same since and went to physio for two seesions which helped abit and he gave me some exercises to do and all...which included dumbbells.

Anyway...just need advice on more small weight or dumbbell exercises (names and stuff to know regarding them, Have various weights and bench at home, so thats ok)...and maybe some tips on gaining weight naturally.... I know eat more portions and all that...but of what? potatoes/pasta..

    :pac:.........................G

    Cheers Guys.
