On the weight loss journey - 40lb down in 20wks - doing well & exercising loads. not following any particular diet plan just healthy eating.......
You all seem to know what you are talking about - would you have a look at diet & advise me on any changes/tips please.

Breakfast - either weetabix / porridge / museli with skimmed milk
    Snack - piece of fruit.
Lunch - weightwathchers meal or sambo (wholemeal bread) wtih tuna or chicken or cheese / salad & a yogurt after.
Snack - again fruit (any other suggestions
Dinner - fish / chicken / red meat (maybe 3 days a week) I do eat potato/pasta. try & keep portions to a minimum. I hate veg. don't mind salad to much.

I drink tea with skim milk & sweetener & only drink water outside this. I do tend to get hungry late in the evening - any snack ideas for then?

    Oh yeah stats
    5ft 10 ins tall
    Started at 17st 7lbs
    Now (20wks later) 14st 10lbs.
    Ideal weight (12st)

    Thanks :)

You won't like my suggestion: eat lots of green veg with your dinner. Pile your plate high with greens. Salad is fine, so is vegetable soup, but you should have lots of green veg every day.

Overall, your diet looks light on protein. I'd try some eggs for breakfast, perhaps every second day, and more protein at lunch or dinner. Cottage cheese is a good high protein snack, and fish, particularly oily fish, is great. You are also low on fats. There's an RDA for fat because you need it for good health. Lack of essential fats will make you hungry.

Try some cottage cheese for supper, it's good at keeping you feeling full.
