gracie barra tralee new blues

    just a quick note to say congrats to jonathan o'sullivan and danny casey who were awarded their blues this week from lagarto after a full week of gruelling 6 hours per day training over at roger gracie's gym in london. they were also lucky enough to rub shoulders with bjj notables such as kron gracie and Luciano Cristovam aswell as getting to chill and hang out with roger and lagarto for the week.
