can i tether my 3gs if im with Meteor?

    It works on my 3g iphone on pay as you go meteor on 3.0 Just update the custom carrier settings file (.ipcc file)

    hi, i have created a custom .ipcc file and downloaded it.

    The instructions then say to hook my iphone up to itunes and click 'shift' and 'update' and the same time, and then select the new .ipcc file. However, im currently on 3.01, if i do this, will i be updated to 3.1? If so then this defeats the point, as i am only doing this to enable tethering..
