    Hi,

I have been weight lifting now for some time and I reached a wall with my squatting. the thing is I use smith Machine and I know plenty of people tells me to get off it but I can't get access to a squat rarch (don't know how to spell it).
Will a single leg squat be a good alternative to barbell squatting?

Anyways I have also got carried away with my goals and I didn't figure this out till after I got injured (ankles while doing plyometrics).

Anyways now I have to build my training from ground up again. I also have a time limit on training 45min. So can anyone give me example workouts for the upperbody and lowerbody, 3 max because I have to do flexibility work and core aswell.

    Its a squat rack ...

Try dropping back on the weight and increasing the reps for a few weeks, I found this helped
