Non 'power yoga' yoga

    Good afternoon,

I'm looking for a yoga class in centre/south Dublin that isn't of the Ashtanga/Bikram/power variety.

I like a challenging class but I like to get deeper into the postures and have more variety and thought in a class. I don't find this in the acme ashtanga type classes taught by ex-aerobics teachers around the place.

I would be grateful for any recommendation..

There are lots of 'non' fast yoga classes at Yoga Dublin Charlemont/RAnelagh and theyve just opened at Dundrum check www.yogadublin.com any of their Hatha classes would suit you!

Thank you. I don't mind fast - It's repetitive, boring and unimaginative aerobics masquerading as yoga I don't like.

I know Dublin Yoga. It's a nice venue it's very clean and it's very well run. It has plenty of the stuff I'm complaining about - Dave Curtis's style being a case in point, in my opinion - but it does have a reasonable amount of more thoughtful stuff too.

It's expensive though, and it's prices have increased: €16-€18 ballpark.
