    Just got this from the Hopsack, a health food store in Rathmines, Dublin 6;

    "This weekend at O’Connell’s Restaurant (located in the Berkeley D4 Hotel), a gluten free festival takes place headed by specialist gluten free chef, Rosemary Kearney. Difficult to ascertain details of exactly what is taking place but knowing her reputation for bringing excitement back to the plates of the coeliac community, it should be a fantastic opportunity for those restricted to a gluten free diet to get inspiration to liven up their efforts at home.

    You can view and purchase Rosemary’s recipe book from The Hopsack (co-authored with Darina Allen of Ballymaloe House) if you miss the festival, where you will find a host of great ideas which help to turn your gluten free diet from the cardboard supermarket fayre to a celebration of the diversity of ingredients available to you at your local independent health food store."

    Mods, feel free to move/edit/shorten if you thinks it's too much like an ad. Cheers!
