What's your diet like? Are you eating properly?

    Hi OP
I was like that for the last few months, could not get up in the mornings, completely exhausted in the evenings, just no energy whatsoever. Went to my doc and I'm slightly aneamic, pretty much because my diet was crap! This has happened me alot over the years, few months on iron tablets and I'm good again but I'm trying to get the diet in order now this time.
Maybe try eating better, more meat and veg (if you don't already that is) or take a trip to your doctor and get him to do blood tests

Just have a quick kip for 20 mins in the evenings. What do you expect when you slept from 6 to 11pm. The 20 min kip will keep you going untill bedtime.

The OP shouldn't have to have a kip in the evenings though, not if he/she's getting a proper nights sleep and all that. He/she shouldn't be so exhausted that they fall alseep at 6 pm til 11!!

hey OP, I know how you feel. I'm in 6th year doing the lc too. As people have said just get a good sleep. I would suggest 9 hours at present. The work done in class Is defo the most important, but still, I know it's hard.
And to those saying 6-11 is enough, I don't know 1 lad at the age of 17/18 who are extatic after only 5 hours. For the most part, if the lads in my class don't get at least 8 hours a night, they're moody sh!tes all day.

Maybe you're anaemic, as said before. Don't sleep from 6-11pm. Then you obviously won't be able to go to sleep at night. At all.
Are you feeling sick? Sore throat or anything? The reason I ask is coz I had glandular fever a few months ago, and the doc said that people come in with fu-like symptoms, and she knows to test for Gland. Fever, because they tell her they've been exhausted, completely wiped out, for weeks beforehand. Not trying to scare you, honestly, but if you're feeling under the weather at all, that might be a possibility. Maybe go see a doctor is the best option. And go for a regular 10pm o 7am or whatever night's sleep. Every night. If that's not working, might be an idea to go see your doctor.
