watery eyes when yawning

    Whenever I yawn my eyes usually go watery and it looks like im crying, its very annoying and embarrasing in school when people think im crying. Im only 15 and wondering how to stop this or whats wrong, thanks for reading and please help! :confused::confused::confused:

    I get this too but it happens even when I don't yawn.
    I've had to start buying expensive water proof make up because of it.
    Mine is an overactive tear duct. I haven't bothered getting it sorted because I don't want any medical instruments near my eye (again) :rolleyes:
    My son had it but it corrected itself apparently.

    Are you getting enough sleep at night? This can be a major cause of it... Or if your school uses 3rd generation lighting, it can sometimes trigger tears in the eyes.

    Although I recon it could be the sleep thing. I think we all got this when we were in school at some stage. Nothing to worry about...
