Mortgage protection - Year 1 offer and move?

I am currently shopping around for mortgage protection. I have had a few offers but some of them have been offering large discounts in year 1, say 70%. Question is, can I take these year 1 offers and then moving on after a year to get it again elsewhere? Providers have been coy about answering this!

You can but its a dangerous game to play, every year older you get the more expensive the cover will be, if you stick with the cover you have it will probably work out better for you in the long run.
