I'm not sure if this is the right forum.

We're getting married in Bewleys in Ballsbridge next year and want to have our photos taken in Herbert Park nearby. Does anyone know if we need permission from DCC or anyone like that?

Your photographer should contact them, they will be required to have public liability insurance up to 6.5 million to be granted permission to use these parks. Usually not a problem and any pro will have this insurance.

Generally no problems getting permission, most parks are DCC but some are OPW.

Defo make sure your photographer has sought permission to be on site as it might be a tad embarrassing to be turned away because you didn't get it
