Top Up Grant

If possible could someone please help me!!!

When I first applied for the grant I was told by the county council that I wasn entitled to the top up, which i never disputed.. My sister went to uni for a year dropped out,did a vec course an is now in uni again and she for some reason qualifies for the top up throught the VEC. I went to the county council 3 weeks ago about it, filled in the same forms and the exact same info regarding our parents financial details and I was told I do not qualify.....

why is the 2 systems different??

how old is your sister? Because mature students automatically qualify for the non adjacent rate and top up grant. If your sister qualifys as a mature student she will get the full grant

no she is only 20....thats how i dont understand why she got it and i never did/let alone qualify...
We have the same parent info same forms....

just lookin at some info and she shouldnt have actually even gotten a grant....hmm.. wierd. was she on the dole or anything like that?

she left uni did a plc course and then onto uni again....

ok then i really dunno know why she got a top up grant and you didnt..she doesnt have any children does she (just covering all bases

)
