    Hi, could anybody shed some light on what to do next, Im 25 mature student completed first yr financed myself all last year (fees expenses living )didnt apply for grant as I saved all year , this year applied for vec grant havin lived at home in years but living with my sister had all documents and was hoping I,d get it . Just got call from vec cant believe it there classing me as dependent mature because the address I regesitered with collage at the year of entry was family home , even though I didnt live there just used the address as I had no stable accomadation at time , sleeping on friends floors etc They told me to get fathers p60 etc I told them ive no way of getting that they told me to goto revenue theres no way I can do that ! also she said that I would not get grant for the duration of course because of the address , dont know wat to do has anybody been in this position :confused:
