hi, i'm currently looking around dublin for the right premises for a new business venture.

i found the perfect location the other day... the shop was having a closing down sale... i tried to talk to the shop owner bout it, but he wasn't very helpfull...

how can i find out if and when this place is going on the rental market?

is it a case of just keeping an eye out for a to let sign?

I was also looking for rental accomadation and i found it helpfull if you google the address, if its been put on a website it will come up and show who is renting it out. also if you try www.daft.ie and refine your search to the area you might come across it:D

I think it's pretty obvious why the shop owner wasn't helpful, poor lad is probably feeling bad enough as it is.

exactly... felt a bit bad for him, just asked the one question and left it at that.
