I thought you were a personal trainer, yes?

Anyway - back on topic. What is your current diet like? Post up a typical daily diet. I find low bulk high calorie foods help me put on weight. The likes of adding nut butters, unsalted nuts and seeds, oils, milk etc. Adding these into a diet full of rich, whole foods will help.

The stickies here and in the nutrition and diet forum will help you.

ahh.. give me a break, I will probably get banned for this but cake girl you are either a troll or taking the p1ss, you said you were a personal trainer, and you got your degree online? you are 6ft, 12st female? if you dont want to lose weight you will have to either eat calorie dense foods as per previous post or else do less cardio !!
