I want to go on a J1 this summer and I'm hoping to book flights etc. early to get the best prices, but I need to know roughly what date I want to come back to Ireland. I've just started my final year of a Business and Maths degree in Dublin. I want to go on a J1 this summer and I'm hoping to book flights etc. early to get the best prices, but I need to know roughly what date I want to come back to Ireland. With that in mind, can anyone tell me what the expected start dates for Graduate Programmes in the Consulting / Investment Banking / Finance sector might be?

The types of companies I'm wondering about are the Big 4, Finance Houses, Investment Banks etc.

Also, if anyone knows the usual start dates for mainstream masters programmes in Trinity and Smurfit in 2010 that would be great.
