How to stop feeling guilty

Hi, need some advice... my girlfriend has an issue where she can't climax with me. In fact she is unable to do it by herself either, and never has had an orgasm.

I brought it up recently for the first time saying I had noticed she was not ever orgasming and I just wanted to know if she still enjoyed sex with me. She said she still enjoyed it and that it was intimate etc, but I can tell it has been getting her down ever since I brought it up...

I've explained to her that there is no pressure and that I was only bringing it up to make sure she was ok and was enjoying it. This was last week and I won't see her until next week, but I'm worried when we have sex the next time. I'm just worried she will feel pressurissed now that it has been brought up as an issue, and that I will also feel guilty when I can orgasm and she can't.

    Please help....

first thing i'd say is don't feel bad. you asked out of concern for her and thats considerate of you.

second thing i'd say is don't worry either of you its quite a common problem

third for the girls perspective read around personal/relationship issues there's lots of thread on here by women who have the same problem as your GF with lots of helpful hints and suggestions. she could maybe read them herself at some point. maybe she doesn't know how common a problem it is. Here's one:

fourth is don't make a big issue out of it. if you make it a massive deal or a big project for her to obtain and orgams its only gonna pile pressure into the situation and from those threads i mentioned it seems like that would be counterproductive.
