Im currently thinking of buying a DJ mixer for DJing from my laptop. However, as my laptop does not have a MIDI port, I was told that one can get aorund that problem by using a USB/MIDI cable, of which many people do. However, im posting here to ask if any of you have experience using MIDI devices with the Inspiron 1525…

However, im posting here to ask if any of you have experience using MIDI devices with the Inspiron 1525 etc.

THe last thing I want is to be stuck with a mixer and facing the prospect of having to buy another laptop.
