Sky problems in Tipp North?

    Hi guys, late last night the picture started to pixilate and the sound went funny, i kept hearing a loud ''ping''? So i turned off tv for the evening, today however same story when i first turned it on this morning it was the same broken picture and sound, now however its telling me i have no satellite signal and that the phone line's not connected, well i never had a fone line connected the sky techie sorted that one out for me, but i cant even access my sky + programmes?

    Any ideas, i cant ring sky themselves until the fella comes home as its in his name and they wont talk to me?!

    I say the hard-drive is gone or the dish as been hit, say by a football. Wait for an installer to come and answer your question as i've not one.
