Please some-one put me out of my misery, what does LSR mean?

I've done a google and got everything from Loose snow on runway to lunar surface return but figure they have nothing to do with running??:o:o

Hah! It took me a while to figure that one out too when I started running. I did not join a club or anything, just got a few training programs from the net. I wouldn't have dared go on a running forum to ask though.
Fair play to ya. Hope its going well.

I thought it was long sunday run for a good while too.

Everybody seems to have trouble at the start with the running acronyms.

LSR PMP LT HM etc etc

I wonder would it be possible to put up a list of acronyms in a sticky. It may save people a lot of google time and confusion.

It has to include HTFU for tunney :D
