    Any help appreciated please.

I was working on a big file earlier, I had worked on it and saved it yesterday, opened it today and did a small bit of work on it, tried to save it but the computer said not enough memory ir could not save, I though ok and closed it, thinking the file would be there before I worked on it but now its gone - a shedload of work in it, have done a search, all the basic stuff etc - is there anything I can do to get it back ?

    cheers
