Fish oil question

I'll keep it short and sweet:

250 of these or 90 of these? and why?

(Assume they're both in stock and the price for 250 of the first is the same as 90 of the 2nd)

I'm inclined to go for the more concentrated ones. Fewer of them etc.

    Thanks!

Not going to do the maths, but I'd go for the one which has the most EPA for the money. DHA is great for kids, EPA is better for adults.

Also, size of the gelcap may be a factor.

Bought a big jar of Fish oil, but the gelcaps were HUGE! I'd need to take 5 to get 800mg EPA, which would have made me choke!

The best I've found are the MORepa, pricey at 30 euro for two months supply, but all that you need to take is one and they give lucozade burps instead of fishy ones..:p

Thanks for the replies. I'd been getting the higher EPA ones alright. Gonna stick with them so.

I used to get those Morepa ones (you can get a 3 for 2 in boots on them), but they're very pricey by comparison to the ones I linked to. The "super" omega 3's I linked are around the same amount of EPA / DHA at a fraction of the cost - around 11 euro for 3 months supply if you take 1 a day (the gel caps are around the same size too).

Yeah, they are pricey. Will check out boots for that, it's just the fishy burps make we want to hurl, if these don't give you them please report back and let me know..

Oh yeah...those fishy burps are a disaster. Those "super omega 3" ones don't give you the fishy burps. I've only ever gotten them from cheap and nasty omega 3 capsules (the boots ones are the worst offenders IMO). *shudder*

Ah sure I knew the Durham trials were b*llox tbh. Omega 3 has plenty of benefits besides making me a genius. :D
