Approx Installation Cost for FTA System Needed

    Hi All,

I am considering purchasing the Powercity Philex FTA kit, but I need an installer. I am in Co. Cork (just outsdie Midleton), there used to be a sat dish on the house but this was removed by the previous owner, however a good quality bracket is already in place.

House is detached and not overlooked.

If anyone could give me a ballpark installation figure, assuming no non-standard installation issues, I'd appreciate it.

    Cheers

I would check with installer first before buying system as many will not install equipment not bought from them for warranty reasons.

I'd go for the basic sky package, pay for it for a year then cancel and live off free to air, you'll get additional channels for a year from a small premium

Great idea, you could even replace the sky box after a year with a freesat box
