Ok.... This is a long shot.... I know im not crazy. I just know it.

About 10 years ago.... in and around, maybe less, there was a thing, a game almost that you could text called Amigo. I think it was a Vodafone thing, or maybe Speakeasy, but it was definatly under one of the networks. And you would text "Amigo" to it and it would basically start a game that you texted in.

It was basically this little furry creature you apparently adopted and had to feed love and nurture. You played by texting "AMI HUG" or "AMI FOOD" to this number and it replied by saying things like "Thank you, your Amigo is now full" etc... It would also text you throughout the day with requests and messages!

PLEASE TELL ME SOMEONE REMEMBERS! Because i'm driving myself mad here. Iv tried googling it but its not working out so well. Surely SOMEONE/ANYONE can remember what im raving on about!

Sounds a bit like the Tamogotchi (dunno if spelling's correct). The little computerised characters you'd have to feed and look after.
