Help Laptop Wont play a DVD

    Folks,
    I have a Dell INSPIRON 640M laptop. When I load in a DVD it wont play it. I have checked the Dell website but am just totally confused......please help!!!

    When I load a DVD and choose Dell Cineplayer it say "DMX unable to locate DVD decoder"

    What does this mean???
