Iphone 3GS won't turn on!

    My iphone has just switched off and won't turn back on again! The last time i looked at it before it switched off it had about 40% battery remaining so the battery couldn't have run out in the space of 10 mins! It's an 02 phone and wasn't unlocked! Any help please!?

    I had the same thing happen to me once with my 3GS. I sorted it out by holding down the sleep and home buttons together for 30+ seconds until it booted up. Might be worth a try!

    This happened to me in my last phone, the battery died. I had to press the on/off button and hold the cirlce button at thesame time, it then gave a battery picture with a 'lightening' symbol, I then had to plug it in for a while. it finally came back but then the battery never lasted much longer after that. Theres a fair bit on the net about it,

    Keep an eye on it. Your battery indicator might be lying to you. I had this problem. It fixed itself after a few cycles. Perfect now.
