you`ll see reds oppisite the glen eagle hotel in a field there and then in the fields on the left on the way to the park there be`s sika in them too , also when your heading out towards the park take a left onto the mangerton road fllow that for about a mile then take a right there is senice viewing points up there overlooking the lakes and also loads of reds, then keep going past the park enterance and head for molls gap you`ll go through a small bridge and see an old church in front of you turn left there up the small back road i seen some nice reds there last summer hope that helps:D

    +1.
Thankfully that area is well patrolled by the rangers. (Local kids never park there for you-know-what!) The road to Molls Gap just after Muckross usually has reds and sika at dawn and dusk. Was in S. Kerry 3 weeks ago and no signs of the rut.
