    can you buy one tin?
    I thought it was 2 for 12.50?!
I know it's the same price if you're buying two tins but it would mean that you couldn't buy just one tin.

Tesco's did have the large Lindt Lindors for around 4.50 :-)

Does this compare well to the prices up north?

Tesco up North were doing 2 tins for £10 about a month ago. They were selling 2 for €12.50 in the Republic. So not a huge difference (sterling has since weakened a bit more though).

I witnessed a man having an argument with staff over this, he was paying for 4 tins, he must have had more and returned then, he was complaining of embarrassment due to the fact that they said they are only allowed to sell 4 per customer, he was highly miffed over whatever happened previously which I didnt witness, so be warned, if you go to buy 10 they may send you to put 6 back!

The tins seem to get smaller every year. ThatTesco offer is not value for money at all.

Anyhow these can bought in Strabane (Betterdeals) for €4.99
