I 've done nothing wrong and refused Garda Caution! what happens next? Thanks? Get phone call that someone is gona kill me,so after get attacked with group of people than i call garda who drove me home and say to stay there ,was so afraid so went down to garda station to report that Garda just left me home without helping…

Get phone call that someone is gona kill me,so after get attacked with group of people than i call garda who drove me home and say to stay there ,was so afraid so went down to garda station to report that Garda just left me home without helping me ,nobody wanted talk to me so i knock on Garda Window and then i was told to go home or they will put me to jail,so i said that i would rather spend night in Garda then get killed outside!!

You have to have done something to be cautioned. The below para is inconsistent with the caution statement above. See a solicitor.
