Could anyone point me in the direction of where I might be able to source the above bullets.

    They are a 33gr, about 750fps.

I have used the CCI breed before but they proved totally inaccurate in my cz.

Enquired in a couple of local gunshops, no joy.

    Thanks.

CB is the correct term :Conical Ball. where you would get them, I am not sure.
Have you tried .22 short? They would probably be more accurate and at least as powerful and a damn sight easier to get.

Want a low velocity, low noise, accurate 10-30 yard ratting round.

Cbee is the "model" name Remington have on these.....Regular size 22 casing, low powder charge.

Interesting stuff, I just use super-x subs for rats.
I never heard of these rounds.
edit:they are new so maybe they haven't arrived here yet?

I think they' been around for about a year now.
Must say I've always had a problem sourcing any of the low energy 22lr rounds.

Yup, thats why I use Subs, they are quiet and plenty good for rats, a Big reason to use them is that I zeroed the rifle for them, and I don't have to recal for the different rds.

Subs noisy enough in mine........16" barrell, no mod.

Your gunshop should be able to order them for you, you have a make and heres a pic. surley they order remmi .17 223... and so on so they could get these for you.

    Hi fiestaman.
Thanks for the pic....they're the ones allright....have you any experience of shooting them.
Suggested that to one of the shops ok but he wanted min order of 1000, mainly as there hadnt been any previous enquiries/interest and he'd never heard of them.
Licence doesnt cover that amount and there are'nt that many rats around anyhow!! so said I'd try on here.

no i never used them but was looking for somthing similar for the same job, i was baiting up a dithch 30yrds away from the house hoping to see a few rats but havent seen anything yet after 2 mths of it. i got .22 shorts but not much diff between eley subs. try yourman in camolin in wexford, the lads on ere kno him, he seems sound and might get a smaller qty for you.

Nice to know I'm not to only one who does this.

My poor wife think I am simply incapable of properly filling a composting bin or a bird feeder. The stray fruit peelings and nuts getting are great for drawing them in, especially when it gets cold. Of course they don't last long when confronted by an air-rifle doing 24ft lbs but then there 's a fine line between sport and a rat infestation.

I think I'd like to try those cbee's myself.

What kind of air rifle have ya. i used to have a Falcon Raptor FN12 running 30ft lbs, had a pump to fill her up but got peed off and bought this, no messing with pumps and cheap to shoot.im 100yrds form a river too and thought id see some after a week, is there a best time to be checking i usually look with the lamp about an hour after getting dark.
