Delivery for a full bike is extremely expensive over 100 sterling. It is also slow. I've bought there a few times, got a frame there once and a few bits, it all arrived, took about 10 days, some items were showing in stock but weren't etc... all in all, if you don't want it in the next couple of days they are fine.

The bike itself is fine at the price point. Also look at the Focus Cayo on Wiggle and the current Planet X Ultegra deal for similar.

I was set on the Cayo ultegra but am a bit worried about geometry. I am 47 and need all the comfort I can get , so when I spotted the Ribble sportive I am back thinking again.
    Cheers

    This may help.

FWIW I had a Cayo and found it very comfy, and I have the flexibility of a plank. When my back was bad I just flipped the stem.

Also, what's with the cryptic thread titles?

What did you do with the Cayo then? I concur it was very comfortable although I am reasonably flexible I reckon. The PX is also looking very good in that department.

if you have a address in the north its small money to get one shipped,it cost me E80 to get a 18" box from the north last week ,

with insurance size etc its not to bad,so with sterling been good never been a better time to buy.

To anyone I know? You should get the Planet X Ultegra offer, it's great. You will hardly ride your nice new Scott through a nasty winter.

Sold to El Pato (boardsie) a few weeks ago.

It's HTFU season, so I'm riding my cross bike everywhere. I'm thinking of taking it on the next boards spin, with knobblies, to see if I can keep up. I might even wear my Goretex baggies.
