New Years

    Hi guys any suggestions on where to go for new years, usually we dont go out cos its always so packed and everyone hammered by 9. anyway I want to bring my BF away as its his 30th, originally planned on going abroad on a ryanair cheapy but they are expensive between xmas and new years.

    so any suggestions for ireland? anything different on instead of the usual pub stuff??

    You could always buy tickets to a new years eve ball...They are usually good craic and people are so full form the 5/6 course meal hat they wont be too drunk (soakage). The Radisson in galway has one every year.

    What about renting a cottage you could get a gang of friends down for New Years and spend one or two days alone..log fires nice food cosy pubs etc somewhere in donegal, galway, or kerry!
