Guys a cat just strolled by my window in work with what looked like a growth hanging down from it's tummy - it looked like the size of a tennis ball just hanging down and dangling around? Any ideas of what could be wrong with it - they're always having kittens could it be something wrong with a nipple?? I work in East Point and there's loads of ferrel cats - funny thou cos this one was white and the white ones usally stick to one end of the park with the tabbies down the other?

If it hangs around a lot you could call the SPCA and see if they might come out, or catch it and bring it in, without seeing it, it's hard to make a call on what it might be.
