Hi there,

all of these places have a forum where people give things away of free, you can go on and request what you need.

in the past, i have given away cement, sand and bricks

Basic concrete products are extremely cheap.

Check planning regs re maximum size permitted (without application) or you could be paying someone to remove it too.

consider a portal steel shed, lot of these guys are not busy anymore, very quick to put up and you can add 5-6 foot walls once up, add floor when you can, even a load of chips would suffice early on,
